delivery and returns

DELIVERY We are a UK based company, so will always ship domestically from the UK, you will never incur any additional customs costs etc for this reason. We aim to dispatch your items asap, however if the product is artisan crafted please allow 1 week for the product to be produced on order. we ensure that your order gets to you quickly and smoothly and will always use reputable shipping or postal services.  

RETURNS We want to ensure that you are always satisfied with your product, so as long as you return the item unused and in it's original condition you may return to us within 28 days. The customer is responsible for return delivery costs unless the item is received as damaged.
